T-Mobile issues

On Friday (June 1st), I found a charge on my bank account for 155 dollars. I called T-Mobile to find out what the fudge was going on. They told me to call my bank and I did and they show that it's T-Mobile and I need to take it up with them.

So I called T-Mobile when I got home that night to get it fix. Someone told me that it would take 10 business days for me to get my money that they stole back. It's not right when I work so hard for that money and for it to be just taken away.

I went back to Chase and had them print off the record where it proofs what they did. I took it to T-Mobile and they finally admitted that it had been taken out of my account. 

It needs to be given back to me when it should not be taken out. It has cost me so much distress and so much unneeded things now.
