Spring Cleaning done?

 It's still a work in progress and that is okay.

Moving or staying: Apartment update

 My lease ends at the beginning of May and that means that it's time tto start debating if I want to renew or move back to the mountain.

I decided to weight the cons and the pros.

1. I hate the upstairs neighbor but that's only because they are so rude with their stomping every single night.

2. I love that I live on my own and can make my own rules. 

Car accident update

 So in the month of June, I got a phone call from my insurance and they were wondering if I want to drop the claim to get my money back. I just want everything to be done and move on with my life.

New Rental People

So about a month ago, my sister and her husband moved out of the rental house that my dad owns. 

We offered it up to my friend and her family but they took their sweet time.

My dad ended up offering it to his coworker and her family since they had recently sold their own house.

It looks like they are going to be there for a year which is fine.
