Part 2 is finally up!
I finished writing the car accident, estimate appointment and drop off review and now we are back with the second part of this review.
Now before I go into the day-to-day review, I am just going to say that I really did not have high expectations because last time they let me down badly so lets see if they make it up to me this time.
August 3- After dropping off the car, I was fully expecting a message telling me the introduction that they gave me last time but there was nothing.
August 4- I finally got that message and still have no idea if they are full sure going to have my car done by the 19th.
August 5- no communication from them today. They are closed on the weekend so I am not expecting anything from them.
August 8- There was no communication from them today.
August 9- There was a phone call and a text message today.
August 10- There was a text from them saying that the repairs were coming along nicely.
August 11- There was no communication from them today.
August 12- I got a text from them saying that repairs were done and painting which means that I should be able to get my car back before the 19th which will be nice.
August 15- I had to reach out to find out if my car will be done or not early. They said that it would mostly be done on Wednesday.
August 16- I am still not sure but I got a phone call.
August 17- I got word that my car is finish and that means that it's time to go get it.
