Following Friday's departure of the little ones, we went back into work knowing that the hours were going to be short.
We worked on the classroom and other things that we needed to get done. I ended up being told to ask the next morning if they wanted me to come down or not the next day.

Day in the life: August 20, 2021

This morning, I got up and ready for work. When I signed in and went into my class, I noticed that a few of my kiddos were not there and I knew that they should be there.
We quickly found out that the younger side was being sent home and we would be cleaning for a few hours.
I managed to get home around 1:30pm and did not do anything for a few hours before leaving to help my friend out
